Joseph's Pilates revolutionary system of exercise become hugely popular all around the world. The exercises are based upon strengthening the "core" muscles of the abdomen, while increasing flexibility in the legs, arms and smaller supporting muscles groups.
Rather then building bulk, the technique lengthen, define and sculpt muscles - the reason the program has long been the preferred exercise of dancers. Nuriyya followed the Mat level 1 Pilates teacher training course at the Corpus Studio in Brussels-Ixelles.
